FED LOG is only available through FEDMALL, a Restricted Service from the US Government, which is restricted to official use only. To access FEDMALL, the user requires a Common Access Card (CAC), a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card or a Public Key Infrastructure certificate (PKI).
Since the conversion of WebFLIS to a Restricted Service in June, 2015, an alternate method of access to FLIS has been launched, a downloadable tool called PUBLOG available from DLIS.
